<p>Property Manager - Class A Luxury Community</p> <p>Columbus, OH</p> <p>Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 + Onsite Housing Option</p> <p>(Onsite living is available but not required)</p> <p>A premier Class A luxury residential community in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Property Manager to lead daily operations, elevate resident experience, and drive overall performance. We are looking for a tenured leader with exceptional leasing capabilities, strong operational knowledge, and proven success in team development.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and leadership are key.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead day-to-day operations of a Class A luxury community, ensuring an exceptional resident experience and high operational standards. </li><li>Build, mentor, and support a strong onsite team through leadership, coaching, and performance guidance. </li><li>Drive leasing strategy and performance, including hands-on support as needed. </li><li>Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and expense management. </li><li>Maintain compliance with all required local regulations and certifications relevant to the Columbus market. </li><li>Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to implement operational improvements and achieve property goals. </li><li>Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and capital improvement projects. </li><li>Utilize Yardi Voyager (preferred) and required Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) for reporting, analysis, and daily operations. </li><li>Demonstrate adaptability-each day brings new priorities, and this role requires flexibility and confident decision-making. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of experience as a Property Manager, preferably within Class A or luxury multifamily communities. </li><li>Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop, support, and motivate onsite teams. </li><li>Strong leasing skills and in-depth knowledge of residential property operations. </li><li>Experience with budget creation, financial reporting, and vendor management. </li><li>Familiarity with the Columbus, OH multifamily market strongly preferred. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required; Yardi Voyager experience preferred. </li><li>Professional certifications (e.g., CAM, CPM, or other Columbus-required credentials) are a plus. </li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Must be highly adaptable and comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-moving luxury environment. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Vision insurance </li></ul> <p>#ZIPDH</p> <p>BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
