This role will ensure the secure and efficient operation of all IT systems, support end-users, and lead a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with business goals.</p> <p>What will you be doing?</p> <p>The IT Resource Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT resources (personnel including offshore and contract resources). Working with project managers and technical leads to prioritize and assign tasks to support projects and operational initiatives. This role ensures the right resources are available at the right time and aligned with project demands and organizational goals.</p> <p>In addition, the Resource Delivery manager is responsible for reporting project status and resource utilization monthly.</p> <p>Who are You?</p> <ul> <li>5 years' experience with JDEdwards ERP software </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent with IT concentration </li><li>Experience with offshore IT support environments </li><li>ITIL Certification </li><li>Experience with Service Now or other similar ticketing system </li></ul> <p>What competencies will you need?</p> <ul> <li>Ability to manage project timelines and deliver in accordance with customer requirements </li><li>Self-motivated, accountable,?proactive,?and thoughtful with high attention to detail </li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential for this position; knowledge of other languages is beneficial </li></ul> <p>We are Offering...</p> <p>As part of our team here, as well as receiving a competitive base salary, you will also participate in a generous performance related bonus plan.
