They also provide superior service to all internal and external customers. The CA must be able to demonstrate the proper use of communication devices to carry out unit functioning. The ability to communicate technical and regulatory requirements to key stakeholder groups, including patient and family, accurately and in a service-oriented manner is required.</p> <p>Required: Certifications/Licenses/Education:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of a high school education or equivalent (GED) preferred </li><li>Successfully completes Epic class as required by care center/unit. </li></ul> <p>Other Key Words: Observation, 3100/3200, Clerical, Administrative, Entry Level</p>
