<p>What you'll do at OhioMHAS:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with development, implementation, and evaluating patient/family/staff educational programs and learning tools. </li><li>Identify training needs </li><li>Serve as a resource person utilizing areas of clinical expertise </li><li>Physical consultation and diagnostic work up </li><li>Assist with treatment plan </li><li>Develop and evaluates standards for nursing practice </li><li>Serve on committees </li><li>Attend meetings, in-service trainings, and other continuing educations courses </li></ul> <p>This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #15 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:40 pm This position is at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare, 1756 Sagamore Road Northfield, Ohio.</p> <p>Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.</p> <p>Additional Salary / Appointment Information:</p> <p>Pay increase of 4.5% July 1, 2025 and a 3% increase July 1, 2026.</p> <p>Longevity supplement after 5 years of service</p> <p>Valid license as Registered Nurse; completion of advanced level practice nurse program for Clinical Nurse Specialist or Certified Nurse Practitioner in psychiatric/mental health specialty & certified by Ohio Board of Nursing for advanced practice with valid certificate of authority & certificate to prescribe in accordance with ORC 4723.</p> <p>Job Skills: Nursing</p> <p>Required Educational Transcripts</p> <p>Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary education, coursework, or degrees listed on the application.
