Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Comply with Location's attendance/tardiness standards. </li><li>Communicate flight release and fuel load information to appropriate operations. </li><li>Maintain lines of communication with line operations and air carriers through the use of two-way radios. </li><li>Coordinate operations with the airline. </li><li>Maintain flight logs and update flight schedules. </li><li>Arrange for accommodations when flight delays occur. </li><li>Handle phone traffic. </li><li>Assist in the planning and control of truck assignments. </li><li>Recommend weight and balance preparation in accordance with airline requirements. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Possess valid US driver's license with a clean driving record. </li><li>Must have authorization to work in the USA. </li><li>Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing. </li><li>Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English. </li><li>Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively. </li><li>Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions. </li><li>Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal. </li><li>Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays. </li><li>Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as an Operations Agent. </li><li>Excellent communication skills required. </li><li>Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. </li><li>Competent in handling difficult situations. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</p> <p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Experience preferred.</p> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</p> <p>Ability to add and subtract, along with multiply and divide.
