<p>Job Purpose:</p> <p>The HR Compliance Coordinator is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact to coordinate and support day-to-day Corporate Office operations. This position will work in a complementary function to the Payroll & HR team and report to the VP of Human Resources.</p> <p>Guiding Principles:</p> <p>It is Coen's mission to impress and satisfy our guests with every visit and make their lives simpler. We seek to accomplish this mission through the following seven Core Principles.</p> <ul> <li>Do the right thing, right now, every time </li><li>Embrace change </li><li>Communicate with transparency </li><li>Respect and value our guests and team members </li><li>Treat our vendors as partners </li><li>Have a passion for winning </li><li>Commit to making a positive impact on our community </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities & Essential Functions:</p> <p>Office Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Coordination with other departments including HR (policy-related matters) and IT (for Office equipment matters). </li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities. </li><li>Works with cross-functional team members to investigate and resolve customer and vendor questions and concerns. </li></ul> <p>Executive Support:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership including the following:</p> </li><li> <p>Meeting preparation.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel arrangements for Senior Leadership, Guests of the Company, and or Vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>HR UKG System Administrative Support.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and monitor HR matters for prompt responses to all inquiries.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a level of excellence with each conversation or correspondence.</p> </li><li> <p>Process monthly invoices & statements for HR Invoices.</p> </li></ul> <p>Educations, Experience, & Skill Requirements:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>5+ years of experience in a professional office environment; experience working with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word. </li><li>Experience in customer service. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. </li><li>UKG experience is preferred </li><li>Payroll experience a plus </li></ul> <p>Licensure & Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Functional or Certified Payroll Professional a Plus. </li></ul>
