In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.</p> <ul> <li>HPC </li></ul> <p>#LI-JS1</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times; </li><li>Conduct health and safety inspections, audits and interventions, investigate, oversee, and observe safety conditions and manage safety permits and required paperwork; </li><li>Manage employee safety training programs and coordination; </li><li>JLA's (job loss analysis), JHA's (job hazard analysis) and manage safety equipment inspection, testing and supply; </li><li>Provide leadership and guidance on Clean Harbors specific processes and expectations; </li><li>Respond to emergencies and incidents and manage injury and accident follow-up and reporting; </li><li>Coach, manage and supervise teams to further enhance their safety responsibility and performance; </li><li>Establish relationships with client safety department; </li><li>Demonstrate proficiency at a wide variety of assignments and can direct personnel in operational procedures to complete assignments; </li><li>Inspects assigned work areas and equipment to identify compliance issues; </li><li>Documents safety inspections, citing dangerous areas/procedures/practices; Recommends corrective actions; </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul>
