<p>Job Title: Alumni Engagement Coordinator - Advancement</p> <p>Location: Welcome Center</p> <p>Position Type: 12-Month/Part-Time/29 Hours Per Week/Non-Exempt</p> <p>Focus area of this role:</p> <p>Provide administrative excellence and support for Engagement team and events.</p> <p>Data excellence - partner with Engagement team on budgets, records, attendance.</p> <p>Inspire and Lead Volunteer engagement - Volunteer leadership ownership.</p> <p>Qualifications of desired candidate:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Demonstrated ownership and reliability </li><li>Team player and collaborator </li><li>Willingness to work some evenings/weekends throughout the year for most important events to include Open Houses, Homecoming Festival and receptions. </li></ul> <p>Administrative & Strategic Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist in strategic planning of engagement initiatives aligned with the school's mission and annual goals. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of event attendance, donor engagement, and feedback. </li><li>Provide timely evaluation reports and recommendations for improvement. </li><li>Support other Advancement or Engagement team projects as needed. </li></ul> <p>Volunteer Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, train, and support volunteers for events and engagement efforts. </li><li>Create a positive and encouraging experience for volunteers while maintaining clear expectations. </li><li>Manage volunteer assignments, schedules, and follow-up communication. </li></ul> <p>Communications Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Provide support with printing needs, assembly of packets and sign distribution of key events. </li><li>Coordinate delivery to buildings for key events. </li></ul> <p>CHCA is an Equal Opportunity Employee.
