<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Associate Director of Linkage to Care provides strategic and operational leadership for HIV linkage to care services across clinical, community-based, and outreach settings throughout Kentucky.</p> <p>This role oversees program design and implementation to ensure timely, client-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed linkage, engagement, and retention in care. Responsibilities include supervising managers and field staff, developing and monitoring workflows and policies, managing budgets and grant-funded activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading quality improvement and performance monitoring efforts.
