<p>Real Estate Agent Partnership Opportunity (Listing & Resident Placement)</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated, licensed Real Estate Agent to partner with us on a per-property basis to assist with listing and resident placement. This is a great opportunity for agents looking to expand their services, contacts, and earn additional income without the need for property management experience.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>You will act as our on-the-ground listing partner to help us fill residential vacancies quickly and professionally.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>List rental properties on the MLS or other major platforms</p> <p>Show properties to prospective tenants</p> <p>Communicate with and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates</p> <p>Provide weekly updates on showing activity, applicant status, and feedback</p> <p>Meet key deadlines to minimize vacancy time</p> <p>Coordinate lease signing and transition to our onboarding process for new residents</p> <p>Use our online portal to receive listings, submit updates, and communicate</p> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing</p> <p>Professional, responsive, and highly organized</p> <p>Comfortable with basic technology and able to use our online portal</p> <p>Ability to screen applicants based on qualifications we provide</p> <p>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</p> <p>Able to work efficiently and meet timelines</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Paid as a percentage of the first month's rent, after a qualified resident successfully moves in</p> <p>This is a contract-based, flexible partnership - perfect for agents looking to supplement their income</p> <p>Additional Notes:</p> <p>Property management experience is not required</p> <p>It's not a problem if your brokerage does not participate in property management, as these tasks fall fully within a licensed agent's scope</p> <p>This is not a listing-to-sell agreement; all tasks are rental-based</p>
