<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Amazon is hiring a Senior Strategy Manager to join the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Strategy team, part of Amazon Logistics and Last Mile. The DSP team is building a world class delivery operation to exceed customers' expectations, ensuring that orders are delivered as fast, accurately, and cost effectively as possible by a network of small, entrepreneur-owned businesses, our DSPs. This is a rapidly growing and highly visible program internally and with our customers.</p> <p>This role is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the future of the program. Our small, high-impact Strategy team works across the program to design and deploy a strategy that ensures we build to scale in the long-term. This position will design and execute product strategy and development stemming from regulatory and legislative requirements for the DSP program WW.</p> <p>The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong project management capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills to successfully implement this major organizational change initiative. The person will establish relationships across a complex, matrixed environment, navigate ambiguity, and drive leadership consensus on the strategic path forward for the program. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
