Great Benefits!</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm</p> <p>Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm</p> <p>Pay: $20-$23 (Depending on Experience)</p> <p>The leasing agent will be responsible for the leasing & marketing for multi-family residential apartments while maintaining positive resident relations.</p> <p>Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.). </li><li>Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements. </li><li>Assist in monitoring renewals.
