As a Portfolio Manager, Option Overlay Strategies, you will play a key role in designing, testing, implementing, and managing these strategies. You will partner across investment, trading, technology, and product teams to build scalable solutions that enhance client outcomes.</p> <p>Key responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner with senior portfolio leadership to design, test, and implement option overlay strategies </li><li>Identify and assess risks within strategies and implement controls to mitigate exposure </li><li>Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis and back-testing using financial data platforms </li><li>Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, technology, operations, and product teams to build scalable infrastructure </li><li>Support ongoing strategy execution and continuous improvement of investment processes </li><li>Contribute to the development of client-facing and internal materials </li></ul> <p>What you have</p> <p>We are seeking a collaborative and analytically driven professional who is passionate about financial markets, options strategies, and continuous learning. You bring a combination of technical expertise, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to translate data into meaningful investment insights.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., finance, financial engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, or related field) </li><li>5+ years experience managing, developing or back-testing equity derivative or options-based strategies </li><li>Proficiency in Python (including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy), SQL, and Excel </li><li>Demonstrated experience applying quantitative and statistical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, time series analysis) </li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data sets </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment </li><li>Demonstrated accountability, sound judgment, and ownership of outcomes </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Advanced degree in a quantitative field or CFA designation </li><li>Experience with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools </li><li>Familiarity with options theory, pricing models, and risk exposures (e.g., Greeks) </li><li>Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional organization </li><li>Exposure to portfolio construction, trading systems, or investment technology platforms </li></ul> <p>In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.</p>
