This role demands a hands-on leader with exceptional time management skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, ensure quality standards, and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Leadership & Team Development:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and inspire production teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. </li><li>Foster a positive work culture, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. </li><li>Identify and develop talent through coaching, training, and performance management. </li><li>Promote open communication and ensure all team members are aligned with company goals. </li></ul> <p>Production Floor Engagement:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and actively engage with the production floor daily to monitor workflows, provide guidance, and resolve issues in real-time. </li><li>Lead by example with a hands-on approach, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality. </li><li>Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and enhance productivity. </li><li>Analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. </li></ul> <p>Time Management & Prioritization:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and organize production schedules to maximize resource utilization and minimize downtime. </li><li>Prioritize tasks effectively, balancing short-term demands with long-term strategic goals. </li><li>Maintain a sense of urgency in meeting production deadlines without compromising quality. </li></ul> <p>Communication & Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Senior Management, Human Resources, Maintenance, Business Development, and Logistics, to ensure seamless operations. </li><li>Communicate clear expectations and provide constructive feedback to team members. </li><li>Report production performance, challenges, and solutions to senior management. </li></ul> <p>Full-Time position with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401(k) with Company Match.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in management/leadership role </li><li>Retail experience is extremely helpful as this is a production/retail type environment </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership and team management abilities. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. </li><li>Proficient in operational analysis and performance management. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a warehouse environment - non-temperature controlled environment, lifting items/boxes overhead, standing for extended periods of time, squatting, ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs </li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. </li></ul>
