Unleash your talent and redefine what's possible.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Intelligence Analyst III - TOG (Team Lead) to join our team!</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for coordinating and maintaining the Technical Operations Group (TOG) systems' functionality.</p> </li><li> <p>Acts as the primary TOG interlocutor with client representatives and incorporates client operational and policy requirements into TOG operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains quality control and assurance standards in accordance with client requirements and provides direct support to Diplomatic Security Command Center (DSCC) leadership and DSCC Watch needs as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains command and control of TOG staff, including fulfillment of corporate requirements such as performance and annual evaluations, pay raise recommendations, mentoring, and coordinating employee development needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops, maintains, and interacts with liaisons within the intelligence and law enforcement communities.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in formal interagency committees, conferences, task forces, and working groups to ensure the protection of national security information, facilities, and personnel at diplomatic facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>The Intelligence Analyst III is responsible for working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition, to support technical operations and reporting requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>What Required Skills You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.</p> </li><li> <p>Eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required security clearance/access approvals.</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or GED required.</p> </li><li> <p>At least two (2) years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst I in the TOG, or equivalent, with demonstrated ability to maintain command and control of TOG staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous supervisory experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior military experience preferred; experience as a Marine Security Guard or duty in a watch/operations center is highly desirable.</p> </li><li> <p>Geospatial imagery experience is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with security video and alarm system software in a security/operations center environment, including video analysis, editing, and/or production.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition.</p> </li><li> <p>Detail-oriented and accountable for a high standard of precision in work product.</p> </li><li> <p>Motivated and able to work effectively and professionally in a demanding, time-sensitive, and often charged environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Positive attitude and ability to maintain individual skill sets.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft O365.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated and able to work effectively under minimum supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing a variety of support functions in a high-profile environment is ideal.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and writing skills required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with the interpretation and implementation of government regulations and policies and/or a strong understanding of Bureau of Diplomatic Security worldwide operations highly preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>0-10% CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for program coordination. </li></ul> <p>Security Clearance Requirement:</p> <p>An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.</p> <p>This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.</p> <p>The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
