<p>WPHL-TV, part of Nexstar Media Group-the largest local media company in the country-is seeking a full-time Sales Marketing Executive. This role supports revenue growth across WPHL and its digital portfolio, including platforms such as Amazon, Weather.com and many other advanced digital solutions.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The Sales Marketing Executive partners with sales leadership to develop strategic, cross-platform marketing solutions that drive revenue, deepen client relationships, and deliver measurable results.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Sales & Revenue Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals to drive long-term growth </li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing accounts and emerging verticals </li><li>Support revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets </li></ul> <p>Client Solutions & Presentations</p> <ul> <li>Create compelling sponsorships, proposals, and integrated marketing campaigns </li><li>Collaborate with Sales teams on client presentations and attend key sales meetings </li><li>Assist in developing pricing strategies and customized commercial pitches </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Sales, Creative, News, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns </li><li>Lead development and execution of cross-platform opportunities across broadcast and digital channels </li><li>Ensure seamless campaign execution and implementation </li></ul> <p>Market Intelligence & Innovation</p> <ul> <li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities </li><li>Contribute to station-wide advertising strategies and Nexstar initiatives </li><li>Advocate for client needs and provide feedback to enhance products and offerings </li></ul> <p>Additional Duties</p> <ul> <li>Perform other responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels </li><li>Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset </li><li>High attention to detail and ability to execute independently </li><li>Professional presence and strong client-facing skills </li><li>Collaborative team player who can also work effectively autonomously </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in PowerPoint (required); working knowledge of Excel and Google Docs </li><li>Experience with tools such as WideOrbit, Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, AdViews, and Google Analytics is a plus </li></ul>
