<p>Program Overview</p> <p>The Leadership Development Program at Chick-fil-A Greenfield is designed for highly ambitious leaders who desire to one day become Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators. Over a two-year intensive leadership journey, candidates will learn to run and lead every part of our business, gaining the skills and results required to be a competitive franchise candidate within Chick-fil-A, Inc.</p> <p>This is not an entry-level role. Participants will be expected to operate at a Director-level quickly - leading teams while being developed as both a strong leader of people and a business operator capable of running a multi-million-dollar restaurant.</p> <p>The expectation is high. The potential reward is even higher.</p> <p>What You Will Learn & Lead</p> <p>Participants will rotate through and eventually own outcomes in core areas of the business, including:</p> <p>Business Operations</p> <ul> <li>Lead teams to consistently deliver operational excellence </li><li>Manage labor stewardship, throughput, and daily production flow </li><li>Ensure food safety, speed of service, and quality standards </li></ul> <p>People Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Involved in Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting high-caliber talent </li><li>Coach and develop leaders at all levels </li><li>Lead accountability systems, performance reviews, and team culture initiatives </li></ul> <p>Financial Return</p> <ul> <li>Understand and influence P&L drivers </li><li>Analyze cost controls, inventory systems, and labor margin strategies </li><li>Lead initiatives that improve bottom-line profit </li></ul> <p>Sales & Brand Growth</p> <ul> <li>Drive local restaurant marketing initiatives </li><li>Build community partnerships and brand reputation </li><li>Lead guest experience strategies that fuel long-term sales growth </li></ul> <p>Ideal Candidate Profile</p> <p>We are looking for individuals who are:</p> <ul> <li>Entrepreneurial and career-driven </li><li>Excellent with people, coaching, and communication </li><li>Highly disciplined, competitive, and resilient </li><li>Hungry to learn and humble enough to be coached </li><li>Motivated by excellence, not comfort </li></ul> <p>Preferred Background</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of leadership or management experience </li><li>(Restaurant experience helpful, but not required - we train leaders.) </li><li>College Degree (preferred, but not required) </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
