Hours are Monday through Thursday 5:00pm -9:00pm</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Leads the customer service activities at the point of first contact. (i.e., provide timely, courteous, and proficient </li></ul> <p>service to both internal and external customers)</p> <ul> <li>Answers all incoming calls and directs inquiries at the reception desk in a professional manner to the appropriate </li></ul> <p>associate or department.</p> <ul> <li>Offers assistance and directions to all visitors at the Campus </li><li>Assists in monitoring and providing access to the building, in coordination with security officer </li><li>Assists students with IT access issues including resetting passwords and submitting help desk tickets </li><li>Performs all other assigned duties by the Dean of Instruction </li></ul> <p>SALARY:</p> <p>$16.00 per hour</p> <p>This position is eligible for overtime.</p> <p>Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position.
