<p>POSITION: Facilities Coordinator</p> <p>COMPENSATION:Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan, student loan assistance, licensing and continuing education reimbursement, parental leave, and housing allowances or gifts.</p> <p>REPORTS TO: SVP, Head of Real Estate Services</p> <p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Facilities Services Coordinator will be an administrative and support leader focused on building and executing the management and support plan necessary to coordinate our Facilities Services team and team members, ensure team member utilization, scheduling, and ensure invoicing/billing for our services is accurate and delivered.</p> <p>The Facilities Services Coordinator is a leader that will be collaborative in attitude, strategic in their decisions, and has a proven record of getting things done. They will embody the company's core values every day and always work towards our mission.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Support CG RES Facilities Services Traveling Facilities Operations Specialists in terms of scheduling, travel support and coordination, needs outreach, service billing, etc. </li><li>Support the job posting and hiring process for Facilities team members </li><li>Manage opportunity pipeline for potential facilities special projects identified and sourced by GFM's and TFOS's </li><li>Develop facilities reporting tools via Leo 24/7 data, Salesforce data, and management of traveling team member tools </li><li>Support GFM's in special project needs </li><li>Work with Cardinal recruiting on team job postings, applicant initial screening, and coordinating of the official hiring and offer letter process. </li><li>Assist in the upkeep of departmental databases, community directories, and team and site rosters. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a high-growth, progressive environment with a demonstrable track record of building, optimizing, and implementing processes, systems, and structures. </li><li>Ability to adapt and change direction quickly as operational needs change. </li><li>Demonstrable ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects. </li><li>Strong values with a clear inner core of purpose-driven leadership. </li><li>Strategic and innovative thinker; able to analyze, prioritize, and use sound judgment to solve problems. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to research and analyze problems at a senior level, providing feedback, guidance, and direction. </li><li>Working knowledge of critical components including employment law, performance management, resolving conflict, employee engagement, training, maintaining employee files, and managing operational budgets. </li><li>Clear, strong verbal communication and consulting skills, including demonstrated ability to work at the senior leadership level. </li><li>Well-developed writing and presentation skills and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly across all levels of an organization utilizing modern software and technology. </li><li>Business insight and high EQ to successfully collaborate with executives and business partners at all levels. </li><li>Ability to act as an advocate for all team members. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of a property and amenities and must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions including, but not limited to rain, snow, heat, hail, wind and sleet.</p> <p>The Team Member must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver office products and supplies of up to twenty (20) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</p> <p>Routine local travel is required to attend training classes, client visits, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
