Our success depends on people who are committed to our purpose and have an appetite for progress.</p> <p>Our beautiful HQ in Stamford, CT is just steps away from the Stamford Metro-North Train Station and easily accessible from NYC.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Procurement Manager, Marketing, Communications, Events, and Sales Support to lead sourcing and procurement activities across Marketing, Communications, Events, and Sales Support categories. This role is responsible for driving supplier selection, managing high-impact negotiations, and delivering cost savings while creating capacity for business growth. You will partner with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure quality, innovation, and value in support of our go-to-market strategies.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Category Ownership: Lead procurement strategy and execution for Marketing, Communications, Events, and Sales Support spend categories. Create proactive sourcing plans to understand their long-term needs and incorporate those insights into your sourcing operational strategy. Key stakeholders include the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Communications, Head of Marketing and Head of Sales Operations. </li><li>Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage a diverse supplier base to meet cost, quality, service, and innovation requirements. </li><li>Sourcing & Negotiations: Drive RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs; lead contract negotiations and commercial terms to optimize value and reduce risk, partner with business stakeholders to support contract management. </li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams to understand business needs and develop tailored procurement solutions. </li><li>Cost Optimization: Deliver year-over-year savings and value through demand management, strategic sourcing, and process improvement. </li><li>Risk Management: Ensure supplier compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. </li><li>Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, emerging suppliers, and innovative practices to enhance sourcing strategies. </li><li>Performance Reporting: Monitor supplier performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular updates to leadership. </li></ul> <p>Who we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) </li><li>7+ years of progressive procurement experience, with significant focus on Marketing and Sales Support categories. </li><li>Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management. </li><li>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and build trust across functions. </li><li>Excellent project management and communication skills. </li><li>Experience working in fast-paced, global, matrixed organizations is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Annual Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000</p> <p>What we offer</p> <ul> <li>We offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more! </li><li>We have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace. </li><li>Seize the freedom to define your future and ours.
