Starting as a land gift to the community from the Smith family, Alton Memorial today is a full-service acute care hospital. Alton Memorial offers patients a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery services, medical imaging, interventional and diagnostic heart services, cancer care, rehabilitation, 24-hour emergency care, ambulance services and more.</p> <p>Case Management, Utilization Review, Social Services: Provides admission and continued stay reviews on all patients for the purpose of compliance and the proper utilization of resources. Provides social service resources to patient's and their families.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Role Purpose</p> <p>Provides clinical social work services to address the psychosocial needs of patients and families. Provides individual and group counseling, linkage to community resources, expertise in cultural diversity and advocacy.
