<p>Overview</p> <p>Recruiting Specialist - Heavy Civil ConstructionLocation: Denver, CO</p> <p>We're seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to lead hiring efforts for our Denver-area operations. In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers to fill key positions, build strong relationships with local and regional colleges, and help grow our internship program.</p> <p>Wage Range: $65,000 - $77,000</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for Denver-area positions. </li><li>Build and maintain college recruiting pipelines. </li><li>Coordinate campus events, career fairs, and interviews. </li><li>Support the development of our internship program. </li><li>Source candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of recruiting experience (construction industry a plus). </li><li>Strong relationship-building and communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting best practices. </li><li>Willingness to travel locally/regionally for events. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us:We offer competitive pay, full benefits, 401(k) with match, and opportunities for career growth with a leading heavy civil contractor.</p> <p>Additional Information:Employment with our company is at-will.
