We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.</p> <p>In the role of Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him </li><li>Attract, recruit, and hire qualified candidates, facilitating hiring process from job opening to offer acceptance </li><li>Lead strategy meetings for job openings, conduct interviews for ministry-alignment and job-fit, and advise hiring teams throughout the recruitment, interview, and selection process </li><li>Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies in order to proactively identify talent gaps and build pipelines </li><li>Actively build and maintain prospect pools and candidate pipelines for future vacancies through social media networks and databases </li><li>Research and enhance sourcing techniques and marketing campaigns to enhance communication and increase customer service levels </li><li>Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with Recruiters, assigned departments and hiring managers </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Learn more about</p>
