This role is for leaders who thrive on coaching, accountability, and winning as a team.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and grow a high-velocity consumer sales team </li><li>Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance </li><li>Run impactful sales meetings and individual coaching sessions </li><li>Coach and demonstrate presentation skills, discovery, objection handling, and closing </li><li>Ensure every appointment is covered and every customer gets a 5-star experience </li><li>Train new hires and accelerate their ramp-up time </li><li>Enforce consistent execution of our proven sales process </li><li>Hold sales reps accountable for their results and actions </li><li>Track KPIs and convert insights into action </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>A proven sales leader who drives results </li><li>Minimum 2 years of sales experience and 1+ year in leadership </li><li>Experience in in-home sales, retail sales leadership, or similar environments </li><li>A coach who can model the presentation at a high level </li><li>Someone who sets high expectations and enforces them </li><li>Strong communicator with presence, confidence, and urgency </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>$75,000-$150,000 salary + bonus </li><li>Rapid-growth company with real advancement opportunities </li><li>Training, development, and support from day one </li><li>A winning culture built on accountability, discipline, and execution </li></ul> <p>If you're ready for a leadership role where your coaching produces measurable results, apply today.
