<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Job Summary: Manage and execute comprehensive servicing and maintenance tasks for a diverse range of products and equipment within designated territories.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Executes servicing of products and equipment, demonstrating self-reliance and proficiency in technical procedures. </li><li>Identifies and resolves issues with instruments and products at customer locations, employing advanced diagnostic skills. </li><li>Performs routine preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications. </li><li>Updates skills and knowledge to stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices continuously. </li><li>Determines parts needed for repairs and their timely order. </li><li>Maintains inventory stock and equipment, documents service-related activities. </li><li>Collaborates effectively with team members and stakeholders to optimize service delivery. </li><li>Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer sites. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <p>Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.</p> <p>1 to 2 years' experience working in a customer service role or related position. 2+ years' experience preferred.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in all MS Office programs. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office programs </li><li>Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilities. </li><li>Capable of working independently and collaboratively </li><li>Pay high attention to detail. </li><li>Possesses strong multitasking and organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment and Essential Physical Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Drive a vehicle for up to 95 percent of the hours worked. </li><li>Maintain company vehicle (oil and fluid changes, tires, alignments, tune-ups, etc.) </li><li>Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. </li><li>Lift up to 50lbs. </li><li>Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time. </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer:</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
