<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Custodian @ The Cardinal provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.</p> <ul> <li>$1000 Sign on bonus* </li></ul> <p>Schedule: FT - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm every other weekend Pay Rate $16.75</p> <p>Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid HolidaysExcellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K</p> <p>Free Meal each shift</p> <ul> <li>Floor care experience required* </li></ul> <p>What will I do every day?</p> <ul> <li>Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc. </li><li>Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies </li><li>Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties </li><li>Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor </li></ul> <p>What will I need to be successful in this role?</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate preferred </li><li>Six months to one year of custodial experience </li><li>Experience working in a senior environment preferred </li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed </li></ul> <p>What's in it for me?
