This department at Filevine is vital in the retention and growth of firms using our software. Individuals who join our team will be a part of an exciting environment with plenty of opportunities for growth within the company.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the Filevine family of products </li><li>Train customers to use and customize various aspects of the Filevine family of products </li><li>Manage the implementation process across a variety of customer accounts </li><li>Learn about and understand how to marry data from other softwares to Filevine effectively </li><li>Work with cross-functional teams and partners to identify opportunities for better learning within our customer base, and provide training and content necessary to increase customer adoption </li><li>Assist in the creation of portable content regarding those approaches and configurations which mature into best practices (articles, videos, example builds) and present to cross-functional teams and partners </li><li>Create and adjust ongoing content to Filevine University given changes in best practice and features </li><li>Support other expert teams and expert roles as needed </li><li>Occasional travel, as necessary </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>In office position </li><li>Paralegal or legal assistance experience preferred </li><li>Project Management experience preferred </li><li>Assertive communicator that can provide recommendations and instill confidence </li><li>Exceptional curiosity and creative thinking abilities to solution the root cause of a customer's priorities </li><li>Quick learner of new technologies, self-motivated </li><li>Driver of change for more impactful solutions and customer outcomes at a fast-growing company </li><li>Ability to lead critical conversations </li><li>Ability to independently manage competing customer priorities and initiatives with limited structure </li></ul> <p>Current compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000/year</p> <p>Filevine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
