<p>Position Overview:</p> <p>As a Grocery Replenishment Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining a 95% service level while achieving budgeted inventory levels and delivering optimal cost/sell margins defined as 100% accurate purchase orders. You will also be responsible for optimizing inbound performance, ensuring vendor buying parameters with maximum efficiency and balancing profitable inventory levels and turns.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Managing specific vendor book(s) and delivering a 95% total fill for our customers </li><li>Managing full compliance and utilization of E3 software </li><li>Expedite Purchase Orders (P.O's) as needed for service level </li><li>Addressing and following through with vendor cuts and/or allocations </li><li>Managing and maintaining profitable inventory to achieve budgeted levels </li><li>Ensuring no loss to margin with 100% accurate purchase orders to maximize buy-in opportunities </li><li>Managing the replenishment process to ensure seasonal ordering, holiday sales, trade shows and any special promotional activity </li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by leadership </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Preferred one (1) years procurement experience </li><li>Preferred one (1) retail/grocery experience or equivalent </li><li>Knowledge of technological systems such as but not limited to: Microsoft Office, E3 or AWR, E-mail, Voice mail etc </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday - Friday </li><li>Standard Business hours </li></ul> <p>Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Warehouse Office - approx. 65F - 75F </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Physical abilities: Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc; </li><li>Strong communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis </li><li>Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; project management </li><li>Working in a team based environment: Working independently and as a team player to ensure our customers are receiving orders timely and with the highest quality </li><li>Quality: Maintain integrity and high standards from all perspectives </li><li>Safety Culture: Maintain and drive safety policies to all associates; driving for accountability of safe practices throughout shift </li></ul>
