<p>Job Title: Project Scheduler</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The role involves collaborating with internal teams and customers to effectively schedule engineering projects within the pulp/paper and food and beverage sectors.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with internal teams and clients to schedule engineering projects. </li><li>Utilize Primavera P6 and MS Project to manage and control project schedules. </li><li>Coordinate project management and project controls effectively. </li><li>Handle complex financial data sets and integrate them into MS Project. </li><li>Lead scheduling efforts and provide cost control support for engineering and construction projects ranging from $500k to $5 million. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project. </li><li>Knowledge of Project controls and Project management. </li><li>Proficiency in Cost Control and Project coordination. </li><li>General understanding of Power BI. </li><li>Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, conditional formatting, data validation, and pivot tables. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in leading scheduling efforts on engineering and construction projects. </li><li>Ability to work with complex financial data sets. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position offers a remote work schedule with 30% travel required.
