<p>At Chick-fil-A Arden Fair, our mission is to be the most caring restaurant in Sacramento.</p> <p>We are seeking a Front of House Team Lead. This person is an integral leader of our team and carries many important responsibilities which include open and/or close our store and guide our team members through shifts in a fast-paced, high volume store. We are looking for someone who can:</p> <ul> <li>Be a leader and manage a successful and efficient shift </li><li>Provide excellent hospitality to our team members and guests </li><li>Possess strong cash management skills </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li>Assist management in running a successful shift and every aspect of Front of House operations: Drive Thru, Front Counter, Dining Room and Mobile. The goal is for the shift to run smoothly, excellently and profitably, and for team members and guests to have an amazing experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: </li></ol> <ul> <li>Strategic placement for each position </li><li>Compliance with mandatory breaks and rotations </li><li>Daily waste input into system </li><li>Thorough and accurate execution of opening and closing procedures </li><li>Assist management with real-time and on site coaching </li><li>Assist management in resolving guest complaints </li><li>Ensure a smooth shift transition, including a walkthrough </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Follow the Chick-fil-A model of hospitality for our guests and our team members </li></ol> <ul> <li>Commitment to hospitality </li><li>Treat all with dignity, honor and respect </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Strong cash management skills are required.
