<p>Company:</p> <p>Compassus</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The People Development Partner strengthens the learning, performance, and leadership capacity of our teams across the country. This role brings learning to life for our Growth, VBE, and clinical partners through engaging training, practical coaching, and consistent support for enterprise priorities.</p> <p>This role delivers high-impact learning experiences that support Growth onboarding, VBE education, leadership development, and broader People Experience initiatives. It partners closely with Instructional Designers, Multimedia Specialists, People Business Partners, Clinical Education, Operations, and Growth leaders to build a learning experience that supports both immediate business needs and long-term talent development.</p> <p>The People Development Partner ensures every training touchpoint reflects the Compassus values, advances our Care Model, and supports the success of team members in hospice, home health, infusion, and palliative care settings.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Learning Facilitation</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deliver engaging, practical training for Growth, VBE, Leadership, and enterprise programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions that support both clinical and non-clinical audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Support onboarding for leaders, Growth team members, VBE team members, and staff in patient access roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Adapt content to meet the needs of different service lines, markets, and audiences.</p> </li></ul> <p>VBE & Growth Alignment</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support training and coaching for VBE initiatives including patient access workflows, critical thinking for intake, customer experience, and value-based care outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Growth leadership to deliver sales-readiness and field-based coaching.</p> </li><li> <p>Reinforce performance expectations, referral experience standards, and outcomes-driven behaviors.</p> </li></ul> <p>Learning Event Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate all aspects of training events including scheduling, logistics, communication, technology, and follow-up.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain smooth operations for virtual classrooms and in-person workshops.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage readiness for enterprise rollouts and large learning initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Coaching & Feedback</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide real-time coaching and feedback to learners.</p> </li><li> <p>Share observations with leaders to support performance, development, and application of new skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Support new hire ramp-up through structured follow-up and coaching touchpoints.</p> </li></ul> <p>Program Quality & Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collect and analyze learner feedback to guide content improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide insights to Instructional Designers on what resonates, what needs refinement, and where gaps exist.</p> </li><li> <p>Use data, patterns, and learner engagement trends to improve training quality.</p> </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work closely with People Business Partners, Operations, Growth, and Clinical Education to ensure training aligns with operational priorities and care delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Represent the People Experience team in projects, committees, and enterprise initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure learning reinforces Compassus values, belonging, leadership expectations, and culture.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the Enterprise Learning Calendar.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with documentation, communication, and reporting related to learning programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a facilitator for leadership development programs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree.</p> </li><li> <p>Ten or more years of combined experience in sales, leadership development, adult learning, or performance coaching.</p> </li><li> <p>At least five years of facilitating leadership, sales, clinical-adjacent, or professional development programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience delivering virtual and hybrid learning.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred (Clinical/Home Health/Hospice Experience)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working in home health, hospice, palliative, or other home-based care settings.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with clinical workflows, interdisciplinary care teams, regulatory or compliance considerations, and the unique realities of caring for patients at home.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior collaboration with clinical leaders, Growth teams, or patient access teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of value-based care models and how quality, experience, and outcomes shape performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting onboarding or training for clinicians or clinical-adjacent roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Clinical licensure or certification helpful but not required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong facilitation skills with the ability to create a safe, engaging, and practical learning environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to translate complex clinical or operational concepts into clear, approachable learning.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable presenting to groups of all sizes in both virtual and in-person settings.</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in reading dynamics and adjusting in the moment.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiar with adult learning principles and performance-based facilitation.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple learning events across different service lines.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable with virtual platforms (Teams, Adobe Connect).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong planning, organization, and follow-through.</p> </li></ul> <p>Certifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master Facilitator certification preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification in personality or behavioral assessments preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Adult learning, coaching, or clinical certifications are a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment</p> <p>Requirements align with a fast-paced learning and development role.
