<p>Overview</p> <ul> <li>Department: Physical Therapy </li><li>Schedule: Per Diem (On call) schedule is 8am-4:30pm. </li><li>Facility: Resurrection Medical Center </li><li>Location: 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL 60631 </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
