You'll do more than fill prescriptions-you'll play a key role in ensuring patients understand and safely manage their medications while supporting a collaborative healthcare environment.</p> <p>If you're the kind of pharmacist who loves educating patients as much as organizing inventory, we want to talk.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <p>As part of our Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) team, you'll work alongside providers, nurses, and care coordinators to support safe and effective treatment plans. You'll:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and dispense medications based on provider orders </li><li>Detect potential drug interactions or therapeutic incompatibilities </li><li>Counsel patients on new and existing medications ????? </li><li>Answer medication-related questions from patients and providers </li><li>Monitor drug therapies and recommend interventions as needed </li><li>Manage pharmacy inventory like a boss (no stock-outs on your watch!) </li><li>Keep everything compliant, accurate, and aligned with SMF's mission </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Table:</p> <ul> <li>PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy </li><li>Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy </li><li>Eligible to participate in Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party payers </li><li>At least 1 year of pharmacy experience (preferred, but we love new grads, too!) </li><li>A love of accuracy, collaboration, and making people's lives better </li></ul> <p>Your Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday </li><li>Day shifts </li></ul> <p>Why Join Sandhills?</p> <p>We're more than a workplace-we're a mission.
