You'll monitor system activity, identify and resolve issues, and ensure digital services such as online banking, mobile banking, transfers, payments, and account opening function smoothly for both members and staff.</p> <p>Maintaining awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, system performance, member feedback, and operational processes will be essential to your success as you help ensure our digital services remain relevant, reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with member needs.</p> <p>What we're looking for in a Digital Services Specialist</p> <p>To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment where attention to detail, problem solving, and follow-through are critical. Strong analytical skills will help you evaluate system performance, user behavior, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will regularly work with team members across departments and explain digital services to both technical and non-technical audiences. A customer-focused mindset is key, with the ability to understand member needs and ensure a positive digital banking experience.</p> <p>You should be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, including issue resolution, system updates, and ongoing projects. A willingness to learn and adapt is important, as digital banking services and technologies continue to evolve.</p> <p>A college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of experience in an operational, technical or member service role at a financial institution. All applicants must have excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated technical acumen, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for understanding and developing modern technologies.
