<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Training Coordinator, Operator Qualifications is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and scheduling all related career and skills development training needs for the organization, with a specific focus on Operator Qualifications.? The Training Coordinator will organize and maintain all training and qualification documentation in accordance with company expectations.</p> <p>Hiring Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent combination of formal education and training experience. </li><li>3+ years of administrative experience, with internal/external customer service responsibilities. </li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to learn (preferred knowledge of) natural gas operator qualifications </li><li>Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel. </li><li>Proven ability to work in a detailed, fast paced, and dynamic environment with the versatility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously. </li><li>Preferred some experience in basic video software creation </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data in an ethical and professional manner. </li><li>OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training). </li><li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License. </li></ul> <p>At R.H.
