By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develops and executes comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects </li><li>Identifies and mitigates project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes </li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals </li><li>Utilizes technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation </li><li>Monitors project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle </li><li>Directly manages and oversees technology connectivity (sFTP, MQ) for both new and existing external clients, including initiating connectivity requests and engaging with external clients. </li><li>Coordinates testing activities, including agreeing on test scope with clients, setting up static data, managing instruction transmissions, ensuring STP of instructions to operations, and obtaining sign-off from Operations. Testing will involve the SWIFT network and flat files via sFTP. </li><li>Facilitates communication and coordination between external clients, internal Client Service teams, Operations, and team colleagues. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities </li><li>Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve </li><li>Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies </li><li>Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of sFTP, MQ and SWIFT would be advantageous. </li><li>Excellent client-facing skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English. </li><li>Expertise in Test Management, including writing and agreeing on test scopes. </li><li>Proficiency in project management. </li></ul>
