<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and develop the Quality team. </li><li>Lead and facilitate weekly Quality meetings with cross-functional stakeholders. </li><li>Drive process improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing floor, including time studies, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events. </li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System. </li><li>Implement and maintain visual management systems on the manufacturing floor (5S, performance boards, standard work displays). </li><li>Develop, update, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all manufacturing operations. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Safety) to achieve specific improvement objectives. </li><li>Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends and drive corrective/preventive actions. </li><li>Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in quality initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in quality management and process improvement. </li><li>Proven supervisory or management experience. </li><li>Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9000 and TS(IATF) 16949. </li><li>Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, Value Stream Mapping) </li><li>Six Sigma methodology and statistical process control. </li><li>Quality engineering methods and inspection techniques. </li><li>Process development, documentation, and implementation expertise. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software. </li><li>Strong team building and leadership capabilities across all organizational levels. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities. </li><li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). </li><li>High attention to detail with a quality-oriented mindset. </li><li>Experience fostering and working within high-performance team environments. </li><li>Discipline and accountability in procedure implementation and adherence. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) </li></ul>
