<p>Supervisor-Maintenance Technician</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and reliable Supervisor to support daily operations while assisting with basic maintenance and facility upkeep. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into leadership, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in keeping a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Supervisory & Operational Duties</p> <ul> <li>Support daily attraction operations and assist with supervising team members during assigned shifts </li><li>Lead by example by providing coaching, training, and on-the-spot support to ensure high performance and exceptional guest experience </li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for both guests and team members, professionally addressing questions, concerns, and operational issues </li><li>Ensure all company policies, safety protocols, and attraction operating standards are consistently followed </li><li>Complete required shift documentation including reports, logs, cash handling/deposits, and operational checklists </li><li>Maintain flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak attendance periods </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Maintenance & Facility Support</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine facility checks to identify maintenance or safety concerns </li><li>Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, plumbing, cleaning, and equipment setup </li><li>Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with maintenance or management teams as needed </li><li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment </li><li>Assist with opening and closing procedures, including basic equipment checks </li><li>Promote a safe work environment for staff and guests </li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents immediately </li><li>Assist with emergency procedures when necessary </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous leadership, team lead, or maintenance experience </li><li>Willingness to perform hands-on work and assist with basic maintenance tasks </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor </li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods </li><li>Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds </li><li>Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment </li></ul>
