<p>Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for an Associate Director (AD) of Case Management in our Case Management Department. The AD will manage, monitor, and oversee daily activities of case management functions and staff. This role will develop and monitor systems to ensure excellent customer service and collaboration as well as staff expertise. The AD will be responsible for effective and efficient coordination and administration of relevant project management tasks within the Case Management department.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to provide leadership and develop trusting and collaborative working relationships with staff and management by assisting in strategic planning and goal setting. DP operates a primarily hybrid work environment with in-person requirements at our Colorado office.
