You'll work closely with our sales teams and suppliers to ensure pricing accuracy across multiple markets.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Daily data entry and price management in Vistex </li><li>Maintain and organize supplier price grids and approval emails </li><li>Manage on/off-premise pricing and depletion allowances </li><li>Publish and share price books </li><li>Communicate pricing updates to the sales force </li><li>Respond to pricing and deal inquiries </li><li>Review and ensure accuracy of monthly chargeback accruals </li><li>Investigate chargeback discrepancies </li><li>Support additional administrative tasks as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Basic math and data entry skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook) </li><li>Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>"Empire is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
