You'll have the tools you need to succeed, the autonomy to innovate on process, and direct exposure to high impact company-building decisions.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Build high-quality talent pipelines for both GTM and R&D roles across all levels using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates </li><li>Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles, then develop targeted sourcing strategies and manage candidate outreach at scale </li><li>Craft compelling, personalized outreach sequences that generate interest and drive response rates, positioning Pave's mission and opportunity in a competitive market </li><li>Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, calendar management, and candidate communication to ensure smooth, efficient hiring processes and exceptional candidate experience </li><li>Qualify and present sourced candidates to recruiters with relevant context and market insights, maintaining organized pipelines in Greenhouse to track progress and handoffs </li><li>Research talent markets, competitors, and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies and provide recruiting teams with actionable insights on hiring feasibility </li><li>Track and report on sourcing metrics (outreach volume, response rates, pipeline conversion) and coordinate recruiting operations to continuously improve team effectiveness and efficiency </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of sourcing experience in a recruiting environment, ideally supporting both technical and GTM hiring at a startup or fast-paced tech company </li><li>Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Modernloop, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter </li><li>Expert-level Boolean search skills and a creative approach to finding talent beyond the usual channels-you know how to uncover hidden gems </li><li>Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox and tells a compelling story </li><li>Highly organized and metrics-driven-you can manage multiple searches simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and use data to optimize your approach </li><li>Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn-you're excited to work cross-functionally with recruiters, share market insights, and contribute to building a world-class recruiting function </li></ul> <p>Compensation, It's What We Do.</p> <p>Salary is just one component of Pave's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity, top-notch medical, dental, and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and many other region-specific benefits. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. This salary range may include multiple levels.</p> <p>The targeted cash compensation for this position is (level depends on experience and performance in the interview process):</p> <p>$79,000 - $94,000</p>
