Make sure that all team members understand their role and the importance of customer care, productivity and professionalism at all times. </li><li>Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. </li><li>Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties </li><li>Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries </li><li>Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests </li><li>Review heat cases with management team </li><li>Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise </li><li>Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying </li><li>Maintain office supplies for your team </li><li>This department will oversee Orlando MINI, Fields BMW Daytona Beach, Winter Park, South, and Lakeland locations. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>At least three years' management experience in a business development call center. </li><li>Automotive experience a plus! </li><li>Team player attitude </li><li>Prompt and courteous </li><li>Enthusiastic personality </li><li>Must have strong computer skills </li><li>Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills </li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office suite </li><li>Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>Hours for this position are Full Time </li></ul>
