<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack JavaScript Developer (Node/Typescript) in Greenwood Village, CO.</p> <p>Summary: As a Full Stack JavaScript Developer (Node/Typescript), you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs supporting modern cloud-based applications. This role focuses on developing high-quality RESTful APIs, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience building backend services in Node.js within AWS environments and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js </li><li>Build and support RESTful APIs to enable integration across internal and external systems </li><li>Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices </li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern development standards </li><li>Collaborate with frontend engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions </li><li>Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability </li><li>Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support as needed </li><li>Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive best practices in backend development* Strong hands-on experience with Node.js development </li><li>Proven experience building backend services and RESTful APIs </li><li>Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS cloud environments </li><li>Experience with version control systems such as Git </li><li>Solid understanding of backend architecture, system design, and API best practices </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Python development </li><li>Telecommunications industry experience </li><li>Experience with TypeScript </li><li>Familiarity with Java development </li><li>Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems </li></ul>
