Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience preferred </li><li>Possession of and ability to maintain required certifications, including Indiana Risk Assessment System (IRAS) and First Responder/CPR/AED </li><li>Thorough knowledge of treatment programs and services available to participants from other government, social, and private agencies with ability to maintain and apply knowledge of evidence-based practices, What Works literature, and cognitive based curriculum </li><li>Working knowledge of current training programs and ability to develop and direct training of department personnel </li><li>Pre-employment background check, drug screen and Hepatitis B Vaccine eligible </li></ul> <p>Elkhart County Human Resources</p> <p>117 N.
