Come join a team that is dedicated to making an impact for the people and communities we serve.</p> <p>The Jobs Coordinator is responsible for all inmate/resident job tracking functions. Screen inmate/resident applicants for eligibility and suitability for placement on a job register, selects, and appoints inmates/residents to jobs.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain and update job registers with eligibility information forwarded by the case management team using the company's TRUST software, where applicable.</p> </li><li> <p>Audit monthly service credit evaluations and inmate/resident job attendance records received from the supervisor for accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Assure inmates/residents comply with the law, policy, and court recommendations when eligible for work programs or other placement programs assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and update job files and electronic records to track inmate/resident assignments, attendance, evaluations, and pay records for all inmates/residents at assigned at the institution.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and investigate all requests for disciplinary and non-disciplinary dismissals, and makes recommendations for appropriate approval in accordance with policy.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required. </li><li>One year of related experience is required, preferably in correctional counseling.
