<p>The Manager of HR Compliance & Employee Relations plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the organization's HR practices are legally compliant, ethically sound, and aligned with operational excellence across all manufacturing sites. This role leads the development and execution of HR compliance programs, oversees employee relations investigations, and promotes fair and consistent practices that support a safe, respectful, and productive workplace. The Manager partners closely with production leadership, legal counsel, and HR teams to mitigate risk, resolve complex employee issues, and foster a culture of accountability and trust.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities & Activities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and monitor HR compliance programs that align with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, and EEO. </li><li>Lead and manage complex employee relations investigations, including harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations. Ensure timely, thorough, and legally sound resolution of cases. </li><li>Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices in manufacturing environments. Ensure consistent application across all locations in compliance with State law. </li><li>Conduct regular audits of HR practices, documentation, and processes to identify gaps and ensure compliance. Partner with audit and legal teams to address findings. </li><li>Deliver training to HR teams, supervisors, and managers on compliance topics such as workplace conduct, labor law updates, investigation protocols, and documentation standards. </li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to production managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership on sensitive employee matters and compliance risks. </li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations, compliance activities, and employee relations cases. Prepare reports for leadership and legal as needed. </li><li>Monitor trends in employment law and employee relations, and proactively recommend improvements to policies, practices, and training programs. </li><li>Manages anonymous reports through compliance line in partnership with Legal and develops quarterly reporting and metrics for the Board of Directors. </li><li>Collaborating closely with production leadership, safety and security on employee disciplinary and termination outcomes. </li></ul>
