<p>Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Quality Assurance Tech 3 in North Reading, MA.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) for a contract position. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, can remove roadblocks, detail oriented, and has a knack for breaking websites. QAE's regularly work with Developers, Product Managers and other Quality Engineers to ensure the proper operation of the production environment. During the development cycle, QAEs identify use cases, create test cases, execute tests, and report results.</p> <p>Typical Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Java and Appium for mobile app testing </li><li>Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and libraries </li><li>Identify opportunities to expand test automation coverage and improve testing efficiency </li><li>Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects* 2-4 years of experience in software testing and test automation </li><li>Python experience </li><li>Java experience </li><li>Automation testing experience </li><li>Proficient in Java programming and Appium framework for mobile app testing </li><li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices </li><li>Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in testing mobile apps on both Android and iOS </li><li>Familiarity with AWS cloud-based testing platform. </li><li>Exposure to performance and load testing </li></ul>
