<p>We are seeking a Commercial / Business Product Manager to support the development and success of euNetworks' Colocation and Edge products within the Infrastructure Product Team. This is not your typical technical product manager role. You will be responsible for overseeing the P&L of the colocation business, which implies developing and implementing commercial strategies to optimise the revenue growth and profitability of the colocation business. This involves both strategic thinking and hands-on activities where you will enjoy solving challenges as they appear. As part of the role, a large portion of your time will be spent with procurement and legal on lease and energy agreements, as well as with sales to support their go-to-market activities. Additionally, you will be managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This role requires a combination of analysis, strategic thinking, project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.</p> <p>P&L Ownership:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the P&L of the colocation business </li><li>Develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue growth and profitability within the colocation business. </li><li>Partner with sales and operations teams to forecast revenue, manage costs, and identify cost-saving initiatives. </li><li>Create and operationalise processes as needed. </li><li>Drive the financial decision behind lease and energy negotiations with suppliers. </li></ul> <p>Product strategy and planning:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct competitor analysis and market research, analyse industry trends, identify customer needs to inform the product strategy. </li><li>Support the Product Director to define the product vision, goals, and roadmap based on customer feedback, business objectives, and market opportunities. </li><li>Support the Product Director with short, medium and long-term operational planning and budgeting to enable sustainable revenue growth at high margin whilst increasing market share. </li></ul> <p>Product excellence:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Architecture & Engineering, Delivery and Marketing, to develop and translate product requirements into market leading solutions. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand areas of the customer journey which develop customer loyalty and brand recognition, and use this insight to implement excellence in product delivery, performance, availability and customer experience. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder management:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as executives, sales, and customer support, to gather insights, address concerns, and align product strategy with business objectives. </li><li>Where required, act as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders (including clients, partners, and vendors) to gather requirements, problem solve and manage relationships. </li><li>Run x-functional meetings to align on progress to plan, ways of working and other relevant operational topics. </li></ul> <p>Go-to-market and adoption:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing plans, to drive product adoption and revenue growth. </li><li>Monitor product performance and customer feedback throughout the product life cycle, and iterate on product features and strategies based on data-driven insights. </li><li>Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, potential threats, and opportunities for GTM differentiation. </li></ul> <p>Product evangelism:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a product expert and advocate both internally and externally, including representing the company during events and customer meetings. </li><li>Educate the Sales and Sales Engineering teams to support them in effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the product to customers, and with out-of-the-box thinking to proactively meet customer needs. </li></ul> <p>Document review:</p> <ul> <li>Work with the legal and procurement teams to review supplier agreements (e.g. leases, power supply and equipment), commercial agreements and customer contracts to mitigate commercial risks -
