<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Title: Program Manager</p> <p>Pay Rate: $40.86 - $60.09/hr.</p> <p>Location: Farmington, CT</p> <p>Start Date: ASAP</p> <p>Contract: 6+ Months</p> <p>Keywords: #ProgramManagement; #Farmingtonjobs;</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and budget management, including manpower, equipment, materials, and cost allocations to ensure successful delivery.</p> <p>Coordinate cross-functional teams and departmental resources to meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget commitments.</p> <p>Support sales and bid development activities, contributing to new business acquisition and strengthening governance within the sales process.</p> <p>Monitor project execution, proactively identify risks or schedule delays, and implement corrective and alternative action plans.</p> <p>Manage contracts and customer relationships, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality standards, and qualification requirements.</p> <p>Maintain regular communication with customers and internal leadership regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans.</p> <p>Assign, track, and evaluate team tasks and performance, providing clear feedback and guidance.</p> <p>Perform cost analysis and drive process optimization and efficiency improvements.</p> <p>Prepare and manage internal and external documentation, reports, and communications.</p> <p>Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Master"s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Management) or a related STEM field.</p> <p>3+ years of experience in program management</p> <p>Proven experience working in high-paced, complex environments with tight deadlines.</p> <p>Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills</p> <p>Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
