Conterra delivers the network, but it is our people-and how much we care before, during, and after the build-that truly sets us apart.</p> <p>As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for talented people we a creative mindset, a knack for problem-solving, a collaborative work ethic, and a passion for customer service to join our team.</p> <p>And that's where you come in.</p> <p>Position Details: Hybrid in Office Tuesday - Thursday</p> <p>What you will be doing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Records Maintenance:</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in updating and maintaining records for OSP and ISP infrastructure, including network layouts and equipment documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Verify data accuracy and completeness under the supervision of senior team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to established procedures for record creation and updates.</p> </li><li> <p>Support Team Collaboration:</p> </li><li> <p>Work with the records management team to meet project and operational requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide documentation support to field teams as directed.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with contractors and vendors to gather required records.</p> </li><li> <p>System Usage:</p> </li><li> <p>Use digital record-keeping systems to input and retrieve data.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the management of GIS and document management platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify any issues with records and escalate them to supervisors.</p> </li><li> <p>Compliance Assistance:</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure records meet basic compliance standards as directed.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in generating reports on record updates for internal use.</p> </li><li> <p>Support audits and inquiries by providing the required documentation under supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Learning and Development:</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in training sessions to improve records management skills and knowledge.</p> </li><li> <p>Learn to identify inefficiencies and suggest basic improvements to workflows</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Environment</p> <p>Records Management I is a contributor role focuses on the entry-level tasks of maintaining and updating records for OSP and ISP infrastructure. This position supports the accuracy and organization of documentation, ensuring records are accessible and compliant with company standards.
